Requirements:
Dogs over four (4) months old must be licensed.
- A certificate of rabies.
- A certificate of spayed or neutered dog, if applicable.
- NOTICE: A dog license renewal will no longer be issued for a period of time that exceeds the expiration date of a dog’s rabies vaccination.
